Ashton Woods Property in General:
About a 4-8 minute drive (from Ashton Woods' 3 gated exits) to
public access points on the South Branch of the Potomac River
for canoeing, hiking and fishing. New 4-lane portions of
Rt. 55 (Corridor H) cut drive times considerably for those
coming from the DC area. All Ashton Woods lots are perked
(making septic systems legal), surveyed and accessed by good
gravel roads, maintained for year-round use. Phone and electric
lines are already in front of most lots... coming soon to the
rest. Electric lines to every lot were already paid for by the
original buyers. ALL 363 lots have access to DSL Internet lines
along the road provided by Hardy Telecom. Those phone lines also
access the phones at the gates for visitors to call you and
